Cancel a backtest
DELETE https://rest.haasapi.com/v1/partner/backtests/{backtest_id}
Cancels a running backtest. Answers 204 with no body. Idempotent - cancelling a finished or unknown backtest still answers 204.
Requires the partner scope.
